Booking Policy

We’re excited to support your business journey! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following:

Appointment Confirmations

Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) after scheduling.

Rescheduling & Cancellations 

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.


Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of session, depending on the service.

Payment Fees

Some services require payment at the time of booking, while others are billed separately. Please refer to your service details for more information.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period. Sessions that begin late will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

Meeting Format

Most consultations are held virtually via Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp Call. Links will be provided upon confirmation.

No-Shows

Missed appointments with no notice are considered no-shows and may be charged at full rate or result in forfeiture of a complimentary session.
